Pretty simple gameplay, I like the touches where you can decorate and stuff. The style is amazing and the art is beautiful. Such a peaceful experience.
Really peaceful game with a very impactful message. Lacks replayability, but not the image it leaves behind. The story is heartwarming and heart wrenching at the same time, discussing a very real situation that I think a lot of people can (and from the comments, do) relate to. There are a couple glitches, like the bones getting stuck to my hands, but it was truly a very nice, quick game!
This was such a magnificent game, despite being short. The music was so beautiful, and the occasional whispers really set the mood. The art style was great, and I adored the story.
This reminded me of my Great Grandpa. He passed in late January of this year. He was always a chewy tobacco user, just for context. He panicked on the bridge, his truck tipped and spilled him out into the freezing water. He had a heart attack part way into the water, and the ambulance didn't arrive till 2-3 hours later. My grandma chose to donate his organs to get them looked at, and his lungs were all shriveled up and pitch black. He was a war hero, and I miss him deeply. So thank you, for reminding me of him. :)
Hello! I made a video about it for french viewers!
I really liked this game. The design is beautiful and the ambiance is so peaceful, while the story is growingly painful. Absolutely loved to discover this game!!
Hello, I stumbled across this charming and melancholic piece and absolutely fell in love. The art, score, and narrative all come together to create a hauntingly atmospheric and serene environment.
Is there somewhere I can find this music? I'd love to add it to my spotify playlist <3
Beautiful game. Fantastic way to portray your thoughts (the story? I'm not sure which). I lost my grandpa in the same way and this game pulls no punches while also maintaining a gentleness. The music and graphics are beautiful as well. I experienced a minor glitch where the spine stuck to my mouse and I couldn't put it down, but that didn't stop the rest of the game from progressing. I really appreciate that you can take a break to pick some flowers/stones/mushrooms/etc.
this is amazing. the song, the description , the setting, the art... amazing. i'm speechless!! thank you for creating this masterpiece!! (also, i REALLY loved the music, can you tell me where i can find it?)
This was a really good space to feel some things about my own grandma's passing in a similar way. It's hard, you know? Looking directly at it? But the thing about fishing is you can look at the bobber and play some important things in the background. So this was nice, thanks for making it.
a really beautiful game! unfortch there was a glitch that didn't let me put down some of the bones :( but i loved the story and the art is really beautiful
This is such a beautiful game... the graphics are so good and the music goes so well with the story too... honestly, I wanna tell everyone to play this!!
I love the stillness of this game - the single frame, the delicate colors, the gentle reflection free of judgement. I lost my grandma earlier this year (for different reasons) and this is such a beautiful tribute and ritual for memory. Thank you!
I love this game, it's beautiful and moving; a very good metaphor for fishing for lost memories. I particularly liked that you can pick vegetation and flowers to create a small shrine for your grandmother's bones. The small details really make this game sing
This is just a calm and beautiful experience. I was having a bad day and just by hearing the music and seeing this gorgeous art style my day turned better. Thank you for making such a heartwarming game.
Wow, beautiful. This game does a phenomenal job of capturing the value in catharsis. I actually really appreciated that the game didn't have an "ending." I just kept fishing, even after finding all the bones. This might not be the intended interpretation, but isn't it miraculous that there seemed to be an infinite amount of fish? .I mean, infinite amounts of fish sounds like a pretty successful fishing trip to me...
My own interpretation would be that as we work through hardships, we might come to find out there are things (like our relationships) that are endless. I believe joy is one of the emotions to be found in the many complex feelings we experience in trials.
Immense props to the artist(s)!!! The animations and art are beautiful, and very fitting thematically.
And it's a bit trivial against the more important emotional intentions of the game, but maybe it would have been nice to be able to rearrange the pieces as you wait for something to bite [insert tentative smile emoji]

This was such a beautiful game.
Small but had so many feelings attached to it. There was this weird melancholic morbid beauty in it. The art, the music and the story <3
hei nice game! Its so sentimental and melancholic and I enjoyed taking things of the scenario to decorate. The art style is gorgeous too!
